  1. CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 and their enzymatic activities that convert extracellular nucleotides are highly expressed and could have special function in the valve

Mouse (Murine) 5'-Nucleotidase, Ecto (CD73) (NT5E) interaction partners

  1. Deletion of CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 or both caused an inhibition of the microglia ramified phenotype in the brain with a reduction in the length of processes, branching frequency and number of intersections with Sholl spheres. In vitro, unlike wild-type microglia, cd39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies)-/- and cd73-/- microglial cells were less complex and did not respond to ATP with the transformation into a more ramified phenotype.

  2. High NT5E expression is associated with Radiation-Induced Lung Fibrosis.

  3. Ablation of CD73 minimally effects in vivo thrombosis, but increased CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) expression on hematopoietic-derived cells, especially monocytes, attenuates in vivo arterial thrombosis.

  4. Ecto-5'-nucleotidase (show ACPP Antibodies) mRNA levels were found to be diminished in both MT1 (show MT1 Antibodies) and MT1 (show MT1 Antibodies)/2 knockout mice.

  5. Data indicate that adenosine and CGS21680 upregulate CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 via E2F-1 (show E2F1 Antibodies) and CREB (show CREB1 Antibodies).

  6. CD73-siRNA-loaded ChLa NPs (show NPS Antibodies) may be considered as a promising therapeutic tool for cancer therapy; however, further in vivo investigations are necessary

  7. These data reveal a novel function of CD73 ectonucleotidase in arresting CD8 (show CD8A Antibodies)(+) T-cell differentiation and support the idea that CD73-driven adenosine production by Tc17 cells may promote stem cell-like properties in Tc17 cells.

  8. The ecto-5'-nucleotidase (show ACPP Antibodies) derived extracellular formation of adenosine does not contribute substantially to adenosine's well known cardioprotective effect in early phase ischemic preconditioning.

  9. Expression of NPP1 (show ENPP1 Antibodies) and 5'-nucleotidase (show ACPP Antibodies) by valve interstitial cells promotes the mineralization of the aortic valve through A2aR (show ADORA2A Antibodies) and a cAMP/PKA/CREB (show CREB1 Antibodies) pathway.

  1. Down-regulation of CD73 on B cells of patients with viremic HIV correlates with B cell activation (show BLNK Antibodies) and disease progression.

  2. Enhanced TDPase and TMPase (show ACPP Antibodies) activities may contribute to the reduction of TDP level in AD patients. The results imply that an imbalance of phosphorylation-dephosphorylation related to thiamine and glucose metabolism may be a potential target for AD prevention and therapy.

  3. Thirteen single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) in acid phosphatase prostate (ACPP (show ACPP Antibodies)) were suggested as candidate causal alleles that underlie ACPP (show ACPP Antibodies) regulation and expression.

  4. CD73 expression is upregulated in NSCLC and is correlated with a decrease in miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-30a-5p expression.

  5. concluded that CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 are molecular targets for the development of drugs for ALF (show GTF2A1L Antibodies) patients care

  6. we have measured the intramolecular diffusion of the full length and 8-residue deletion peptides at two different pHs (show PCBD1 Antibodies) and found a correlation with fibrillization lag (show STMN1 Antibodies) time. These results can be explained by a simple kinetic model of the early stages of aggregation in which oligomerization is controlled by the rate of peptide reconfiguration.

  7. Genetic polymorphism of NT5E may contribute to the pathogenesis of calcific aortic valve disease.

  8. Oxidized low density lipoproteins modulate CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 activity in the endothelium.

  9. This study aimed to investigate the activities of purinergic system ecto (show TRIM33 Antibodies)-enzymes present on the platelet surface as well as CD39 (show ENTPD1 Antibodies) and CD73 expressions on platelets of sickle cell anemia treated patients.

  10. CD73 promotes the growth of human colorectal cancer cells through EGFR (show EGFR Antibodies) and the b-catenin/cyclin D1 (show CCND1 Antibodies) signaling pathway. CD73 may be used as a valuable biomarker of colorectal cancer.

CD73 (NT5E) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of orthophosphoric monoester to alcohol and orthophosphate. It is synthesized under androgen regulation and is secreted by the epithelial cells of the prostate gland. An alternatively spliced transcript variant encoding a longer isoform has been found for this gene. This isoform contains a transmembrane domain and is localized in the plasma membrane-endosomal-lysosomal pathway.
