Immunohistochemistry on formalin/paraffin embedded sections: Ab 1-2 μg/mL for 60 minat RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citratebuffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Western Blotting: Ab 1-2 micrograms/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunofluorescence. Recommended positive control: Brain or retina.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
