Usage: Beta catenin antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blotting, and ISH. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 85.5 kD in size corresponding to catenin beta-1 protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
