Application Notes
ELISA. Immunofluorescence. Flow Cytometry: This antibody has been reported to work well in FACS. Cells wereincubated with 5 μg of this antibody, for 30 minutes on ice. The cells were washed twiceand incubated with a secondary layer (Goat anti-Mouse IgG2b conjugated to PE(Cat#ABIN121384). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
