Application Details

Application Notes: Reacts with solid phase ACTH either captured as part of a sandwich or adsorbed as a solidphase antigen and as such is suitable for serum assay development. Also reactive onformalin-fixed paraffin wax embedded tissue and is therefore suitable forimmunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
