Application Notes: Direct IFA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetonefixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2, 10 mg/mL BSA as stabilizer and 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative.
