  • Application Notes

    Suitable for use in IFA. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Spot suspensionof bacteria onto slide, air dry, fix slide with 100 % Acetone for 5 minutes at roomtemperature, air dry, stain. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
