The Biotin-conjugated Rabbit Polyclonal anti-Treponema Pallidum antibody (ABIN112848) specifically detects Treponema Pallidum in WB and EIA.
The antibody is reactive with Treponema pallidum samples.
Suitable for use with avidin and streptavidin amplification systems for fluorescencemicroscopy and immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
