ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 l/well), a concentration of 4-5 μg/mL of this antibodywill detect at least 0.1 ng/well of recombinant human SCF when used with biotinylatedantigen affinity purified anti-human SCF as the detection antibody at a concentration of atleast 1 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
