Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: To detect MIP-3 alpha by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of at least 0.15 - 0.3 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antibody allowsthe detection of 0.2 ng/well of recombinant MIP-3 alpha. Western blot: This antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Thedetection limit for recombinant MIP-3-alpha is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL with sterile PBS containing 0.1 % BSA.
