Specificity: This antibody recognises the CD152 cell surface antigen, also known as CTLA-4 (cytotoxic T-lymphocyteassociated antigen 4).

Purification: Affinity Chromatography.

Immunogen: Human CTLA-4/human IgG heavy chain fusion protein. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3/X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.

Isotype: IgG2a

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of Neat-1/10 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: 5-50 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
