Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 20 μL of neat antibody to label 5x10e5 cells in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
