Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of Neat-1/5 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Background: CD36 is an 88kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed by platelets and monocytes/macrophages and also by some microvascular endothelium and erythroid precursors. CD36 is the receptor for thrombospondin.
