- Specificity
- This antibody recognises aminopeptidase N (APN), a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. Clone R3-63 has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity. We recommend the use of SM1856A for this purpose.

Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
