Specificity: This antibody recognizes Mouse Aminopeptidase N. Clone R3-63 has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity (1). We recommend the use of an Azide Free antibody (SM1856A) for this purpose.

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
