The Rat Monoclonal anti-IL2 Receptor beta antibody has been validated for FACS, IP and Func. It is suitable to detect IL2 Receptor beta in samples from Mouse.
Catalog No. ABIN120200
Quick Overview for IL2 Receptor beta antibody (ABIN120200)
This antibody recognises the CD122 cell surface glycoprotein. Clone TM-beta 1 is reported to block IL-2 high affinity binding to the IL-2R beta receptor. We recommend the use of SM2224LE for this purpose.

Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
CD122 is a 75-85kD molecule also known as interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) beta chain. In mouse, CD122 is primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and at lower levels on lymphocyte subsets, monocytes and macrophages. CD122 can associate with the IL-2R alpha chain (CD25) and CD132 to form a functional high affinity receptor complex that binds IL-2. CD132/CD122 heterodimers can also be formed which bind IL-2 with intermediate affinity. IL-2 binding to the IL-2R is important in the generation and differentiation of T lymphocytes and NK cells.Synonyms: IL-2 receptor subunit beta, IL2 Receptor beta, Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta, P70-75
