Western Blot: 1:5000 - 1:30000, this antibody detects a band of approximately 42 kD in Hela cell lysates. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg/mg protein - 10 μg/mg protein. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

FEN1 is a member of the XPG/RAD2 endonuclease family which has an important role in lagging strand DNA synthesis and base excision repair.
