Handling Advice
- Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube
-
Storage
- -20 °C
-
Storage Comment
- Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.

Background
-
Background: Hcf101 is a novel protein required for photosystem I biogenesis. Hcf101-1 is a high-chlorophyll-fluorescence hcf) Arabidopsis thaliana mutant that lacks photosystem I. In green tissue the level of this protein is stimulated by light and the protein has not been detected in roots. It has been localized in chloroplast stroma.
