Characteristics
- Chickens were immunized with highly purified dog IgG isolated from normal dog serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated to Biotin.
