MLC-2 (Phospho-Thr17+Ser18) Antibody detects endogenous levels of MLC-2 only when phosphorylated at Thr17 and Ser18.
PhosphorylationH:T17+S18, M:T19+S20, R:T18+S19
- Purification
- The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
- Immunogen
- The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human MLC-2 around the phosphorylation site of Thr17 and Ser18.
