Product Details anti-C5AR1 Antibody

Binding Specificity: AA 1-31, N-Term

Specificity: This antibody recognises the C5a receptor (C5aR) CD88. Clone P12/1 was raised against a synthetic peptide comprising the N-terminal extracellular domain of the C5aR (met1-Asn31). Clone P12/1 does not inhibit the binding of C5a to its receptor. We recommend the use of SM1182A for functional studies.

Purification: Affinity Chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: C5aR - peptide: Met1 - Asn31. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63-Ag8 myeloma cell line.

Application Notes: Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry on frozen section. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin section. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 5 x 10e5 cells in 100 μL.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
