Specificity
- Specific for the porcine CD11a cell surface antigen, which is expressed on a range of cells including peripheral blood mononuclear cells, monocytes, granulocytes and alveolar macrophages. Clone BL1H8 is reported to inhibit Con-A driven T-cell proliferation and the mixed lymphocyte reaction. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays-.
