Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:1000), WB

Usage: ELISA-peptide: 1:1000. Western Blot: 1:2000 Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS,. 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4 °C with gentle shaking, overnight. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
