Application Notes

DS WB Results: Approx 55 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 56.9 kDa according to NP_068811.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing RXRB a band of approx. 60 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
