Application Notes

DS WB Results: A very strong approx 16 kDa band observed in Human Duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 15.2 kDa according to NP_000125.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FABP2 a band of approx 18 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.001 μg/mL.

DS IHC Results: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows strong staining of basement membrane and weaker staining of enterocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-3 μg/mL.

Peptide ELISA Statement: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
