Application Notes: htPAPP-A and dPAPP-A (PAPP-A dimer) immunoassays and immunoprecipitation. Recommended pairs for the detection of dPAPP-A antigen in blood of AMI patients and patients with unstable angina (coating - conjugate): 4G11 – 3C8 4G11 – 10H9 10E1 – 7A6 Best pairs for the detection of htPAPP-A antigen in pregnancy serum (coating - conjugate): 4G11 – 3C8 4G11 – 10H9 10E2 – 10E1 10E2 – 5H9 5H9 – 10E2 10E1 – 7A6 PAPP-A immunodetection in Western blotting. MAb 18A10 recognizes PAPP-A subunit in reducing and non-reducing conditions after antigen transfer onto nitrocellulose membrane after SDS-gel electrophoresis. MAbs 4G11, 10A5, 18A10 and 10E1 recognize htPAPP-A, consisting of PAPP-A subunits and proMBP subunits, in non-reducing conditions.
