Characteristics: The antibody MEM-166 reacts with CD177 (Neutrophil specific antigen 1), a 60 kDa GPI-linked cell surface glycoprotein of uPAR family, expressed on granulocytes and in bone marrow early erythroblasts, megakaryocytes, promyelocytes and myelocytes.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
