Binding Specificity: pThr286

Specificity: This antibody detects endogenous levels of CaMKII only when phosphorylated at Threonine 286.

Purification: Affinity-Chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from Human CaMKII around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 286 (Q-E-Tp-V-D).

Application Details

Application Notes: Western Blot: 1/500approx. 1/1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % nonfat milk, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4 °Cwith gentle shaking, overnight. Immunofluorescence: 1/100approx. 1/200.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
