Approved: Func (10 - 25 μg/mL), IF (10 μg/mL), IP
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Inhibition. Not effective for immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 10 μg/mL for staining of bFGF-treated 6 mm cryosections of chick chorioallantoic membrane fixed with acetone. Inhibition: 10-25 μg/mL adheres cells to vitronectin coated surfaces.
Not recommended for: IHC-P -
