Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC, IP, WB (1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL of the antibody will detect p73 in 30 μg of total cell lysate from overexpressing cell lines. Higher levels of antibody may be necessary when using native tissue sources. Immunohistochemistry: It may be necessary to incorporate a signal amplification technique in conjunction with standard procedures. -
