Usage: Identification and enumeration of CD3+ cells by flow cytometry. Immunoprecipitation. In vitro depletion of CD3+ cells. In vitro activation of T cells (accessory cells must be provided). Immunohistochemistry tested with mouse samples fixed in PLP and then paraffin-embedded (see Whiteland etal (1995) J Histochem Cytochem 43:313). Flow Cytometry: 3 μg/1 x10⁶. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
