Immunoprecipitation: 1 μg/1 x10⁶. FACS analysis: 1-2 μg/1 x10⁶. Functional Block: Melanoma cell spreading, glioma cell proliferation, and tumor growth in nude mice. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
