Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues require heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to staining. Positive control: Western Blot: EphB4-transfected 293T cells and human MDA-MB-231 breast carcinoma cell lysates. -
