Usage: Suitable for use in the inhibition of attachment of HT29 cells to vitronectin, Inhibition of attachment of carcinoma and melanoma cells to vitronectin, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Inhibition of attachment of HT29 cells to vitronectin: >1:1000. Immunocytochemistry (acetone fixed only): 1:1500 (human carcinomas, normal epithelium and keratinocytes). Immunohistochemistry: Acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed tissues.
