Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry: 5 μg/mL. Positive control: Rhabdomyosarcoma cell line (Rh30) whole cell lysate. Does not detect MyoD in primitive neuroectodermal (PFSK-1A), lymphoma (EB2), neuroblastoma (SK-N-SH) and Ewing's sarcoma (SJSA-1) cell lines. -
