Application Details

Application Notes: Approved: ELISA, IF, IHC, WB (1 - 10 μg/mL)

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: Use at 5-10 μg/mL on rat neuronal sections fixed with 3.5 % paraformaldehyde. Incubation overnight at 4?C with a 1:100-1:500 dilution. ABC (peroxidase) detection. Positive staining of Purkinje cells and Layer 5 primary neurons. Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL with chemiluminescent detection. Higher concentrations of the antibody may be necessary if colorimetric detection is used. Antibody dilution will also vary with the concentration of antigen. Then antibody should recognize a 155kD protein. ELISA: Use at 1.0 μg/mL or lower on plates coated with 50-100 ng of peptide antigen.
