Usage: Yields titers of greater than 1:2000 with 100 ng of immobilized gp120 under standard ELISA conditions. Western ELISA may be performed at 1-2 μg/mL of antibody depending on the nature and quantity of the immobilized antigen. Histochemical studies require antibody in 1:200 dilution range. This antibody does not cross-react with other human or animal proteins. -
