Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunohistochemistry: 25 μg/mL with appropriate secondary reagents in frozen normal mouse brain tissue sections.
