Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Note: Do not boil cardiac preparation. Boiling may reduce the 25kD pentamer in to tri-, di- or monomers. In addition, phosphorylation may disrupt the pentamer into dimers and monomers. Additional non-specific bands may be detected in some lysates (Mr 75 & 100kD). - Comment
