Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:100-1:200. Immunoprecipitation: 10 μL/mg of cell lysate. Immunohistochemistry: (with cryostat or formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Staining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues requires boiling the tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Western Blot: ML-1 or Raji cells. -
