Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL. Detects PLCg1 in acid precipitated protein from bovine brain, RIPA lysates from A431 cells, and lysates from 3Y3/A31 fibroblasts and L6 myoblasts. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg (bovine brain cytosol). -
