Specificity: Reacts with a PI-linked glycoprotein, Mw 18-20kD found on all types of leucocytes including platelets. The antigen is expressed on many hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells. 3H1587 has been shown to stimulate NK activity. * The epitope recognized by 3H1587 is lost after reduction, therefore, non-reducing conditions are required for western blotting techniques.
