Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates Zap-70 from 500 μg of Jurkat RIPA lysate.
