Approved: ICC (1 - 5 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-2 μg/mL. Detects b-catenin in an A431 total cell lysate. A431 total cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-b-Catenin (0.1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg. Immunoprecipitates b-Catenin from 500 μg of A431 membrane fraction lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 1-5 μg/mL. Demonstrates positive immunostaining for b-catenin at cell-cell junctions of A431 cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.25 % Triton X-100. Positive control: A0001-50: A431 Cells, Non-Stimulated in RIPA Buffer, Sample Buffer. - Comment
