Application Notes
-
Approved: WB (1:1000)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000 to 1:4000. Detects phospho-CREB (Ser133) in RIPA lysates from forskolin treated rat PC-12 and mouse 3T3/A31 cells. Lysates from untreated (Lanes 1 and 3) and forskolin treated (Lanes 2 and 4) PC-12 cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-CREB (Ser133) (1:4000 dilution, Lanes 1 and 2) or anti-CREB (1:2000 dilution, Lanes 3 and 4). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse (Lanes 1and 2) or goat antirabbit (Lanes 3 and 4) secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. -
