Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
  • Specificity

Specific for human cyclin B1 (~58kD). Does not cross-react with cyclin A or cyclin D. Species cross-reactivity: Human, weak species cross-reactivity with mouse was observed.

    Purification

    Protein G purified

    Immunogen

    Recombinant human cyclin B1.

    Type of Immunogen: Recombinant protein

    Isotype

    IgG2b
  • Application Notes

    Approved: IP, WB (0.5 - 5 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Recommended Dilution. Western Blot: 0.5-5 μg/mL detects cyclin B1 in RIPA lysates from human A431 carcinoma cells. Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg precipitated human cyclin B1 and cdc2 kinase from 500 μg of A431 RIPA lysate.
