Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated ADAP/SLAP-130/Fyb from 500 μg of RAW. 264.7 macrophage RIPA lysate.
