Specificity
- Recognizes N-CAM expressed on developing and adult neuroectodermal tissues in Humans. Neuroectodermal tumors also stain including Glioma, ependymoma, neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma, retinoblastoma and teratoma. Oat cell carcinoma and Wilms tumor are also highly reactive. Will react on Natural Killer cells. Recognizes 140, 180 and 120kD NCAM isoforms. Species cross-reactivity: Higher Vertebrates.
