-
Specificity
- This immunoaffinity purified antibody Detects a ~42/43kD protein doublet, corresponding to the expected molecular mass of Mcl-1 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, canine, guinea pig, monkey, porcine and rabbit. The antibody specificity is confirmed by peptide inhibition studies. An additional protein at ~33kD may also be detected. Other additional proteins may also be seen in some samples.
