Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunofluorescence. Not effective for Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Immunofluorescence: Inhibits adhesion of cells to vitronectin coated surfaces at 10-25 μg/mL. Positive control: Human myeloma cell lines M21 and MoalphaV. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
